الضمان
نيوفلون تضمن لكم جودة جميع منتجاتها من أواني المطبخ ولا يشمل هذا الضمان أي خسائر ناتجة عن سوء الإستخدام أو الصدمات أو الإستعمال للأغراض الإحترافية غير المنزلية ، وكذلك لا يشمل الضمان البقع السوداء والخدوش بداخل الأواني وعلى السطح الخارجي.
إرشادات الإستخدام
عند الإستعمال لأول مرة قم بغسل الإناء جيداً بالماء والصابون ثم قم بدهن السطح الداخلي بالدهن أو السمن وذلك للحفاظ على الطبقة المانعة للإلتصاق مع إتباع التالي:
- لا تضع الأواني أو تعرضها للمصدر الحراري وهي فارغة.
- لا تحرق الدهن أو السمن الى درجة التفحيم.
- لا تقطع داخل الإناء لكي تحافظ على المادة المانعة للإلتصاق.
- راقب الطعام أثناء الطهي بإستمرار.
نظافة الإناء
عند تنظيف الطبقة الداخلية والخارجية للإناء تأكد من إستخدام الماء الساخن والمنظفات الغير قاسية وقطعة اسفنج بدون سلك معدني.
إرشادات عامة
- لضمان السلامة العامة والأطفال خاصة ضع مقبض الإناء بشكل تلقائي الى القسم الداخلي من سطح الموقد.
- لا تضع الإناء وهو ساخن عند حافة الطاولة.
- اترك الإناء يبرد بعيداً عن متناول الأطفال وذلك قبل تنظيفه.
- ضع الغطاء على سطح الإناء لتخفيف تطاير الطعام وسوائله أثناء الطبخ.

Newflon We, the manufacturer of “NEWFLON” nonstick products guarantee against any manufacturing defects and our products are coated as per the EUROPEAN regulations on the material in contact with food. The improper use, professional use, banged dropped, stains, discoloration, and scratches on our products are not guaranteed.
INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
Before using our products please wash with hot water and soft soap and apply some oil on the inner surface, for long life of our nonstick products please do the following:
Don’t over heat empty utensils.
Only complete burnt fat to be used.
Don’t scratch or cut anything on the surface of the nonstick coating.
Observe the food during cooking constantly.
Cleaning
Our cookware’s should be washed in hot water with liquid detergent and sponge without wire.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
For general safety especially for children please keep the cookware handles to inside of the stove.
Do not put the hot cookware at the edge of the table.
Before cleaning leave the cookware’s to be cooled in a place out of children reach.
Place the lid on the top of the cookware will ease the volatility of food and fluids during cooking.
The above instructions will help you in preventing the emission of fumes from overheated cookware’s which is harmful for birds with sensitive respiratory system. It’s also suggested to keep the birds away from kitchen.
